To orient yourself better in the jungle of foods and ingredients, here are two simple tables containing foods with gluten and foods that are naturally gluten-free.

Because of the “gluing” property of gluten, we can find this protein in unexpected foods that naturally have no gluten.
It is important to eat foods guaranteeing they are gluten-free and carefully check the ingredients.
